By paying for an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

All products in my webshop are manufactured or produced by me in the Netherlands. The Art prints are printed by a professional printer, unless otherwise stated
You buy the product, not the copyrights. This applies to my original ceramics, paintings and drawings which I offer in this shop, but also to my printed work. You do not have the right to reproduce the product. The copyright remains in all cases with Inge van den Hoven.
All products of Inge van den Hoven Art are handmade, therefore I cannot give a guarantee on the articles. They are delivered as shown on the website.
Legal reflection time:
You have 14 days to change your mind, counting from the date you receive the product.
Please inform me within this period if you wish to cancel the purchase. You can do this by e-mail: email@example.com
After cancelling the purchase you have another 14 days to return the product.
If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the cooling-off period ends on the next working day.
Please send the product back within 14 days after the purchase has been cancelled to the following address: Aalsmeerderweg 230, atelier nr 17, 1432CW, Aalsmeer,the Netherlands. Packaged as carefully as I have done. You will then have to pay the return shipping costs.

Customs and import duties: Buyers are responsible for possible customs and import duties. I am not responsible for customs delays.

Custom and personalised orders
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the reduction in value.
- Data I collect
In order to fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (you have given Inge van den Hoven Art permission to pass this on), such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, payment details and the details of the product you have ordered. If you contact me directly (for example when placing a custom order) you may also choose to provide me with additional personal data.

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your data, including:
Where necessary to provide my services, such as when I use your data to fulfil your order, to settle disputes or to provide customer service;
When you have given your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time, such as by subscribing to my mailing list;
As necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order, or in connection with legal proceedings, such as storing information about your purchases if required by tax law; and

My clients' data is important to my business. I only share your personal information for very limited reasons and very specific situations, as follows:

I may collect, use, retain and share your information if I believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to/for: (a) respond to legal process or government requests; (b) comply with my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate and respond to fraud and other illegal activity, security or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property and safety of my customers or others.

I may store and process your data through third party hosting services in the United States and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal data to a jurisdiction with different data protection and governmental control laws from yours. If I am required to transfer your data outside the EU, I will rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
- Your rights
If you live in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights relating to your personal data. While some of these rights are general in nature, some are for specific, limited cases. I describe those rights below:
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal data I hold about you. You can contact me for this purpose using the details below.
Amendment, restriction, deletion. You may also have the right to amend your personal data, restrict my use of it, or delete it. If there are no exceptional circumstances (such as where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will usually delete your personal data on request.
Objection. You may object to (i) my processing of some of your data on the basis of my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing communications after giving your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal data unless I have compelling and legitimate reasons to continue using that information or if necessary for legal reasons.
Complaints. If you live in the EU and wish to raise concerns about my use of your data (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you still have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return shipment from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the return form below. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of reporting your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.

Conditions for returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for depreciation.
